Delivery is carried out by post. There is no minimum order value, except for downloads (minimum order value 5,00 €). Delivery costs are charged per package (see chart for prices).
Domestic orders amounting to over € 180 are shipped for free, not including tickets. The value of an order is determined by taking the value of the goods ordered and available minus any credit or vouchers.
Please check that the package is not damaged upon receipt. If you accept an opened or damaged packet, you implicitly approve the delivery, rendering all possible claims for replacement invalid!
