Returns

Returning items

Delivered within Germany:
You have the right to exchange your goods within 30 days. If the product does not meet your requirements, you will receive a refund. In this case, you will have to bear any costs for the item's return. If you received damaged goods or a wrong delivery, we will bear the expenses for their return. We either credit these costs to your Merchstore account or pay you directly.

In either case, please use the returns form in the box or download it here.

Please send us the goods in the manufacturer's original packaging. Use appropriate packaging so that the goods do not get damaged.

Sending goods back from outside Germany:
If you received the correct items, you bear the cost of return. Please make sure the parcel has been provided with sufficient postage, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct the cost from the amount to be credited.
You also have the right to exchange goods within 30 days. If the goods do not meet your requirements, you will get your money back within up to 20 days from the day we receive your package.
